ORDERS
Product orders must be placed by email to info@lodge-afrika.com
LODGE-AFRIKA does not stock all items, these are made to order in Cape Town, South Africa.
Delivery time is 4 (two) to 6 (five) weeks, depending on the size of the order.
Please cite the article name in all correspondence.
Specific electrical requirements for lamps must be confirmed when ordering.
Custom orders cannot be canceled once the order has been placed and the deposit paid.
The minimum export order value is 15000 DH / 1500 USD / 1000 EUR

PAYMENT
A 50% (fifty percent) deposit is required when ordering.
The balance payment of 50% (fifty percent) must be made before final delivery.
LODGE-AFRIKA does not accept any payment by check. Payments must be made by EFT or TT (telegraphic transfer) only.
The goods remain the property of LODGE-AFRIKA until full payment of the price.
